Eric Eckardt's career stretches over eight years on Wall Street working on over 100 bank-financing transactions for large fortune 500 and middle market companies, including senior bank financing for mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, land acquisitions, commercial office building purchases, and general working capital needs. In 2004, he successfully launched and funded Empire Home Realty, Inc. and Preferred Home Funding, Inc., increasing production, profitability, and market penetration over a period of five years. In December 2009, he formed a joint venture with Hunt Real Estate ERA, the 15th largest real estate firm in the country.

Eric graduated from Pace University with a BBA in Finance and also received formal credit training at Chase Securities Inc., receiving a certificate as a credit trained financial analyst. Furthermore, Eric studied abroad in Amsterdam, The Netherlands at ABN AMRO Corporate Training Facility successfully completing an advanced corporate structuring class. Eric is a New York Licensed Real Estate Broker and is a member of the Greater Capital Association of REALTORS, Warren County Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the Saratoga Springs Chamber of Commerce. Dan Britten, Associate Broker

Dan Britten, a native of Saratoga Springs, is completely knowledgeable of the Capital District marketplace and specializes in residential sales throughout the area.
